The primary objective of RESTAHEAD WEBSHOP is to sell the RESTAHEAD™ neck rest, a Danish product developed and designed by Jesper J. Lange.
The RESTAHEAD™ neck rest is an entirely new and different design — patented worldwide.
If you would like to get in touch with us, please write to shop@restahead.com, as we currently do not offer sales or customer service via telephone. We will respond as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours.
Restahead ApS is registered in Denmark, and all agreements with RESTAHEAD WEBSHOP are subject to Danish law and venue.
Please note: For shipments outside of the EU, orders are processed without Danish VAT. The recipient is responsible for declaring the goods and paying any duties, taxes/VAT, and declaration fees applicable in the destination country.
Prices
All prices in the English version of RESTAHEAD WEBSHOP include 25% Danish VAT and are listed in EUR, unless otherwise stated.
We deliver within Europe and to selected other countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us at shop@restahead.com.
Reservations are made for misprints, tax, and exchange rate changes.
Order Confirmation
All orders are automatically confirmed by email to the address you provided when placing your order.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive another automated email from us.
Payment Methods
RESTAHEAD WEBSHOP accepts payment via Dankort, eDankort, MasterCard/EuroCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, American Express and Mobilepay.
Payment is withdrawn from your account when the goods are shipped.
All card information is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, ensuring that third parties cannot read your card details or other information during the transaction with Nets (one of Northern Europe’s largest payment providers).
Shipment and Delivery Time
In Denmark, we typically deliver within 3 working days after receiving your order.
For destinations outside Denmark, delivery times may vary depending on the country.
We ship via Post Danmark.
We reserve the right for sold-out items and possible delays caused by the shipping provider.
Complaint Right
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), you have a 2-year complaint right covering defects or faults present at the time of sale.
This does not cover faults, damages, or wear caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance, or unauthorized repair/interference.
Please note:
The RESTAHEAD™ neck rest is washable up to 40°C, but must not be tumble dried, dry cleaned, or chlorine bleached.
Complaints should be directed to RESTAHEAD WEBSHOP via email or letter within a reasonable time after the issue is discovered.
When the goods are received and approved, repaired goods or replacements will be returned, or a full/partial refund (including reasonable postage costs) will be issued.
Mark the package COMPLAINT and include:

Copy of Invoice or Order Confirmation (proof of purchase from RESTAHEAD WEBSHOP)

Brief description of the issue
The package will not be processed until we have received a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
Items not covered by the complaint right may be returned to sender at their own expense.
Right of Withdrawal
For online and telephone sales, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, provided they are unused and returned in original packaging.
Returned goods must be essentially in the same condition as received.
When returned goods are received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to the same account/credit card used for payment.
The customer covers the cost of return shipping.
Mark the package RETURN and include:

Copy of Invoice or Order Confirmation
The package will not be processed until we have received a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
Practical Information Regarding Returns
Please note: We do not accept goods sent C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) or without postage.
You can return goods in one of two ways:

Refuse delivery from the postal service. Please inform them that the package can be returned to RESTAHEAD WEBSHOP immediately.

Return the goods directly to RESTAHEAD WEBSHOP as described under Right of Withdrawal.
Reimbursement
In cases of agreed deductions or returned goods, a full or partial refund of the purchase amount will be made to the same account/credit card used for the purchase.
